Survival Game Master is an idle tycoon game where you take the homeless, delivered to you through busses, and make them take part in your own Squid Game-style games, but this time, you receive the profits. Here is what you need to know to make money fast and build up your gaming empire.
Get the people moving!
The game, to begin with, will have you moving the homeless from the bus stops into a dorm to get them changed and prepared. After that, you will have to move the contestants to a game of your choosing, where they will die and your money. The homeless and contestants won’t move by themselves, so make sure to keep on moving them around, otherwise, your system will clog up.
Your bus stops, dorms, and games only have a certain waiting capacity, and if people are waiting, they aren’t making you money! I wouldn’t suggest making more dorms or bus stops until you are sure you can manage the influx of people.
Hire some helpers
If you’re getting tired of ferrying everyone around you, you can hire a yellow-jacketed helper. These guys will primarily move the homeless to their dorms, but will sometimes pick up contestants to deliver them to their games. They are expensive, however, so try to have a good flow of money before hiring one. They sure are worth the cost!
Be advised, however, that the helpers have a strange habit of picking up contestants, and then deciding to pick up and deliver the homeless without delivering the contestants. So try to deliver the contestants yourself if you can, but don’t worry if the helpers steal any, they’ll deliver the contestants later.
Make the VIPs happy
The VIPs in the survival game master are those golden-masked people watching the games and paying you for each killed contestant. One of the first upgrades you should consider is the VIPs, and you will be doubling and tripling your profits! They can be expensive to upgrade, but the sooner you do, the more money you will make.
If you are stuck between a capacity upgrade or a VIP upgrade, always upgrade the VIPs, as then you upgrade both in a shorter amount of time than if you upgraded capacity first, and VIP later. Maths!

It may seem sacrilegious, I know, but a shocking amount of upgrades are kept behind adverts. Now, I’m not being paid to say this, but I would recommend you watch some upgrade adverts, as a quick 30-second break from the game could offer you so much more saved time in the long run.
I wouldn’t recommend watching all of them, however. I would say to definitely watch them if they are locking a VIP upgrade, but don’t sweat it if they are locking a capacity upgrade, check back later to see if the game decides to offer you the upgrade for money instead, which is rare but possible.
Onwards and upwards
Once you have built every establishment on your little island, you will be able to build a bridge to the next island! Each bridge takes three segments to build, all increasing in price. The first bridge costs about $1.7K, so when you are able to, focus on saving up all of your money. You don’t need to upgrade all of your buildings to unlock the next level, so try not to waste your money!
