Minnesota Vikings updated Team Outlook after OT Oli Udoh was ruled out for the year due to an injury sustained against the Eagles. Udoh suffered a torn quad tendon, which will cost the 5th year player out of Elon his season. The Vikings are hoping that Christian Darrisaw is able to make an effective return from his week 1 injury to re-take the starting job at Left Tackle.
