The Milwaukee Bucks weren’t playing well over the last few games and then they got the bad news that Giannis Antetokounmpo was injured.
Although he is expected to be back for the playoffs, some people think that this may have changed the lay of the land in the Eastern Conference.
Speaking on “Get Up,” Alan Hahn said that the Bucks’ misfortune opened the door for two other teams: the New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers.

There is a chance that Antetokounmpo comes back for the start of the postseason and looks just as good as usual.
If the team gets him back and is able to work out their recent problems, they could be the Boston Celtics’ biggest threat in the conference.
However, the Knicks and 76ers have been looking very special, especially lately.
Jalen Brunson has been producing MVP-like performances for the Knicks and even though that team is without Julius Randle, they could have a substantial impact in the East.
As for the 76ers, they recently received a huge boost of talent with the return of Joel Embiid.
They have now won six games in a row and are on the verge of claiming the sixth seed.
Hahn implied that no East team has what it takes to beat the Celtics but the Knicks and Sixers may be about to go on a strong run at the most important time of the season.
And what happens to Milwaukee if they once again face a humiliating loss in the opening round?
With or without Antetokounmpo, that team is going to try very hard to avoid that fate.
All of these teams are going to fight in the days ahead.
