Ever since the Nintendo Switch launched more than 6 years ago, the console has seen a very steady stream of indie games. One indie game that is on the horizon is Hellboy: Web of Wyrd, a roguelite action adventure game. The game has been officially slated to release in October for a while now.
However, the wait for this game will have to be just a little bit longer. Although the game is still releasing in October, publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment and developer Upstream Arcade have confirmed that they have delayed the game by a couple of weeks. Instead of an October 4th release, the launch will happen on October 18th.
As for why the delay occurred, Good Shepherd Entertainment addressed this in a press release. They said that “Upstream Arcade is still hard at work ensuring that all players—longtime fans and newcomers to the Hellboy universe alike—receive the best experience possible”.
