The Titans have scored again, with Alofiana Khan-Pereira running away to steady the ship for the Queensland side.
Moments earlier, Jai Arrow was forced from the field with an apparent ankle injury picked up in a tackle.
Chris Randall was putting a tackle on Arrow and the weight of both men came down on the Queenslander’s ankle. He tried to stand up and stay on the field, but clearly couldn’t put much weight on it.
“That’s not a great look … he’s had a terrible run this year,” Shane Flanagan said in commentary for Fox Sports.
“He’s had a bad hamstring injury and he’s just got back and has been playing some good football. Hopefully it’s not too bad.”
But it might be. Arrow has since failed a fitness test and is done for the evening. He’ll require scans tomorrow.
That’s a huge concern not only for Souths, but the Maroons too.
